We know how hard it is to part with a beloved piece of jewelry so to give you a bit of peace of mind we're going to break down our repair process for your complete understanding.

Step 1

Make your way to our Repair Center located in the back of our store.

Step 2

Speak with one of our Repair Specialists to determine the best course of action to repair your jewelry.

Step 3

Watch our Repair Specialists thoroughly document and capture photographs of your jewelry.
We'll also take a moment to make sure your profile is up to date.

Step 4

Approve your repair request and quote.

Step 5

We'll call you in 7-10* business days to let you know you can pick up your repair.

Step 6

Upon your return, we will request that you inspect your jewelry to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Our Jeweler, Fred Burke, has been a jeweler for over 40 years and has been a trusted jewelry professional in our area since he joined the family business in 1969.

*Due to the unique circumstances of each item, we cannot guarantee your item will be repaired within 10 business days but we will do our best to give you an accurate estimated date of completion.
