In any case, our team of professionals will work with you to create the perfect setting for your treasured gems.

Appraisals

Helping you protect your jewelry investment is part of our job. At Burkes Fine Jewelers, we appraise jewelry, diamonds and gemstones on the premises. Our Certified Gemologist will provide photographs of your pieces, as well as a certified copy of your item’s description. Gift Wrapping

Our complimentary gift wrapping service is the icing on the cake. In fact, from what we hear, we’ve made a lot of men look like heroes when their loved ones come home to a beautifully wrapped treasure from Burkes Fine Jewelers.

Our Guarantee

We understand that sometimes your jewelry — whether a gift or something you purchased — doesn’t quite fit your lifestyle or personal aesthetic. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return undamaged merchandise within 30 days. We will gladly exchange it for another piece from our collection, or offer you a store credit to use whenever you choose. Returns or exchanges are not allowed on custom or customized jewelry.
